About This

• New Version of the Orthodox: The original Orthodox (2019) became a cult favorite for its straight-razor-inspired design. Now, the 2025 version refined based on user feedback while keeping its iconic razor-inspired profile. The new version delivers the same striking aesthetics with improved everyday functionality
• Improved Grinding Process: We’ve refined the cutting surface profile and changed the full flat grind of the original version to a true hollow grind improving cutting efficiency
• Structural Optimization: We’ve also slightly changed the deployment system design to allow for better, more reliable action. The liner-lock mechanism provides a stable and secure locking system
• Ergonomic Handle Refinement: We’ve expanded the finger choil to improve grip positioning. And finally we’ve changed the handle profile to more of a streamlined handle shape rather than the teardrop shape of the original version, primarily to provide better grip and control
• AR-RPM9 Steel: The Artisan Orthodox V2 pocket knife features a 3.54″ AR-RPM9 steel blade with Tanto-style, hardness of HRC 59-61 for optimal edge retention and durability. This EDC tool is designed for various cutting applications and is suitable for outdoor and everyday use
